SOLUTION OF HUMANITY
(This is the Quran guide the human being to the peace & happiness)
In the Islam women rights are declared briefly. There are no other religion declared women rights as like as Islam.As Allah says in the Quran للرجال نصيب مما ترك الوالدان و الاقربون - وللنساء نصيب مما ترك الوالدان والاقرون مما قل منه او كثر نصيبا مفروضا
There is a share for men what has been left by parents and near relatives, and there is a share for women in what has been left by parents & near relative whether it is little or much for this share prescribed (by Allah). ( Sura an nesa-7)
And Allah says in sura an nesa verse no : 11
يوصيكم الله فى اولادكم -للذكر مثل حظ الانثيين-فان كن كن نساء فوق اثنتين فلهن ثلثا ما ما ترك --وان كانت واحدة فلها نصف - ولابويه لكل واحد منهما السدوس مما ترك ان كان له ولد -فان لم يكن له ولد وورثه ابواه فلامه الثلث -فان كان له اجوة فلكل فلامه السدس من بعد وصية يوصى بها او دين
As regards inheritance, Allah enjoins your children that, the share of the male shall be twice that of the female in case the heirs be more than two females, their total share shall be two third of the whole and if there be only one daughter, her share shall be half of the whole. If the diseased has children, each of his parents shall get one- sixth of of the whole, but if he be be children and his parents alone are his heirs,the mother shall have one third of the whole. If the decease has brother and sisters also that shall be entitled to one sixth of the whole. the division of all these share shall take place only after fulfilling the term of the will and after the payment or the debt (if any)

Why brother portion is double?
In the parents wealth male portion is double from female. Because brother must have to takes after his sister if she return from her husband. After all sister has no expenditure neither father house nor husband house. Otherwise, sister gets a fix amount on her "Mahar" from her husband.
Woman rights in politics
Islam gave right the woman to do politics. Islam have given the woman outhitting to ruling state if their are some male in her assistance. Islam did not allow to take sup prim power of a state for a woman. As our prophets (SM) said, "The nation going to decay which ruler is a woman."
