Duties of the supreme power of a country as Allah said,-
الذين ان مكناهم قي الارض اقاموا الصلاة و اتوا الزكوة و امرون با المعروقو نهو عن المنكر - ولله العاقبة الامور
To whom I poured upon them the power to maintain my earth, I declared them four duties,
1. They will establish "Salah'' the prayer. I f the the supreme power of the country declare that all the Muslims must go to mosque after Azan, all people are bound to go to Masque and the society will be peace & happy.
2. They will establish the Jakah. To eradicate the poverty from the society no other way without Jakah system which Allah declared most & foremost duty for the Muslims.
3. They will encourage the people to lead their life to the truth , to the way of Allah and his Prophet.
4. They will forbid the people to do illegal done.
Sura Al Hajj- 41
